DAY OF RECITAL

Date: June 1st, 2025- Doors open for audience at 3:30 pm – Show starts at 4:00 pm

Location: Charlotte Performing Arts Center, 701 Carmalita Street, Punta Gorda

DANCERS CALL TIME*: 9 a.m. – All dancers/volunteers must be in the auditorium.

Please have dancers come dressed in warm up dance clothes, NOT IN THEIR COSTUMES, but bring all costumes with them.  Parents are requested not to stay during the tech rehearsal.  Please drop your child off and return at NOON if you are picking them up for the lunch break. (3-5 yr olds may leave as soon as they are done with their numbers for tech rehearsal and return at 2:30.)

Tech rehearsal:9:15 a.m. – 12 p.m.    Lunch break: 12 p.m. – 2:29 p.m.

You may pick up your dancer at this time or they may stay at CPAC with the studio staff and volunteers. All dancers must be back on the stage for attendance by 2:30 p.m.  After the dancers return to the auditorium at 2:30, the doors will be closed. We will re-open the doors for audience members at 3:30 p.m. and the show will begin at 4 p.m.  At this point, dancers will not be allowed into the audience or lobby until the show is over. (3-5 yr olds are permitted to leave after the first act or may sit in the audience with their parent/guardian.)
